Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Bluegrr is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Bluegrr is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order details. We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
